As a Health & Wellness Specialist at Medica, you will play a crucial role in promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering a culture of wellness among our employees and members. Your main responsibility will be to create and implement comprehensive wellness programs that address various aspects of physical and mental health.

Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate wellness initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and wellness challenges.
Partner with internal departments to develop personalized wellness plans for employees.
Educate employees and members on the importance of preventive care and healthy habits.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective wellness programs.
Monitor program outcomes and provide reports on participation and impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., public health, nutrition, exercise science).
Previous experience in wellness program management.
Strong knowledge of health promotion and preventive care strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
