Position Overview:

Lubrizol Corp is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at our Ohio location. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities and supporting various corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to promote positive relationships between Lubrizol Corp and local communities
Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community leaders
Lead the planning and implementation of community outreach programs and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community engagement efforts with corporate objectives
Manage volunteer programs, including employee engagement in community service activities
Evaluate the impact of community engagement programs and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
3+ years of experience in community engagement, corporate social responsibility, or related roles
Strong understanding of community needs and dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
