Position: Sustainable Travel Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Sustainable Travel Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with our diverse portfolio of clients to ensure responsible tourism practices and positive community engagement.
Your role will involve developing and implementing sustainable travel initiatives, focusing on reducing environmental impact and promoting cultural preservation.
You will collaborate with local communities, suppliers, and partners to create memorable and responsibly managed vacation experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement sustainable travel programs that align with our company's social responsibility and environmental objectives.
Develop partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to support community-based tourism initiatives.
Collaborate with our clients to integrate sustainable practices into their travel plans and itineraries.
Educate travelers on responsible travel behavior, helping them contribute positively to the destinations they visit.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of sustainable travel programs, utilizing quantitative and qualitative measurements.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and eco-tourism.
A background or strong interest in the tourism industry with a focus on creating sustainable travel experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, partners, and local communities.
Strong project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
