Job Description:

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will work closely with the executive team, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and streamline processes.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform financial risk assessments.
Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and financial institutions, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare financial reports, including monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements, and present findings to the executive team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in financial management and operations.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
Proficient in financial analysis tools and software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
