Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry developments
Collaborate with external legal counsels as required
Handle any legal disputes and litigation matters
Advise on data protection and privacy matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
Proven experience as a legal professional
Excellent knowledge of Dutch law and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office suite
