Position: Culinary Experience Curator

Create and develop innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
Source the finest ingredients and foster relationships with local suppliers
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring both efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations
Train and inspire culinary team members to deliver exceptional quality and service
Continuously evaluate and improve our culinary offerings

Requirements:

Proven experience in a high-volume culinary environment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor combinations, and food presentation
Ability to adapt to ever-changing dietary trends and preferences
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Food safety certification and knowledge of health codes
Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
