The Role

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to engage various target audiences. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute impactful communication campaigns. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence and shape the way we connect and inspire individuals through our media channels.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and video production.
Utilize market insights and trends to create effective communication strategies that maximize our reach and impact.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring new ideas and concepts to life.
Analyze audience feedback and engagement metrics to continuously optimize our communication approach.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to keep our organization at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing or communication campaigns.
Exceptional creativity and a passion for storytelling.
A keen eye for design aesthetics and an understanding of visual communication principles.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools is a plus.
