Job Summary

Develop and implement a comprehensive global business development strategy for our agricultural division.
Identify and evaluate potential international business opportunities in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry experts.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive innovation and develop new product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute business development plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences, agribusiness, or a related field.
Proven track record in a global business development role within the agriculture industry.
Strong knowledge of international agricultural markets, trends, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel internationally to foster partnerships and explore business opportunities.
Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
