Responsibilities:

Develop and implement legal compliance strategies and policies
Monitor and ensure adherence to local, national, and international laws and regulations
Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to identify potential risks
Provide legal advice and guidance to management and staff
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the hospitality industry

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Fluency in English and Spanish
