Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal compliance strategies and policies
- Monitor and ensure adherence to local, national, and international laws and regulations
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to identify potential risks
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and staff
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the hospitality industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
