Responsibilities


  • Engage with individuals seeking assistance in a compassionate and empathetic manner
  • Assess individual needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Guide clients through available services, programs, and resources
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for efficient tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment

Qualifications


  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
