Responsibilities
- Engage with individuals seeking assistance in a compassionate and empathetic manner
- Assess individual needs and provide personalized solutions
- Guide clients through available services, programs, and resources
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for efficient tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Empathy and compassion towards individuals experiencing homelessness
