S&T Holding GmbH, a leading company in Styria, Austria, is seeking a talented and passionate Creative Style Curator to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Style Curator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and defining the artistic direction of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Curate and develop unique and captivating visual styles that align with our brand identity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive design across various projects
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the art and design industry
Research and source inspiration from diverse artistic mediums
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Contribute to the development of creative strategies and concepts
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field
Proven experience in curating and developing visual styles
Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively and outside the box
Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
