As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various recreational activities and events for our employees. Your main objective will be to promote a healthy work-life balance and foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and initiatives
- Organize sports tournaments, team-building activities, and social events
- Coordinate fitness classes, wellness workshops, and other health-related activities
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to arrange special events
- Manage budgets, logistics, and resources for all activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning, sports management, or a related field
