As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various recreational activities and events for our employees. Your main objective will be to promote a healthy work-life balance and foster a positive and engaging work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and initiatives
  • Organize sports tournaments, team-building activities, and social events
  • Coordinate fitness classes, wellness workshops, and other health-related activities
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to arrange special events
  • Manage budgets, logistics, and resources for all activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning, sports management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
