Position: Concrete Solutions Specialist

As a Concrete Solutions Specialist at Tobermore Concrete, you will be at the forefront of our research efforts, driving new product development and improving existing solutions. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for pushing boundaries in the construction industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

Evaluating current concrete products and identifying areas for improvement
Conducting research and experiments to develop new innovative solutions and processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of research findings into production
Testing and analyzing samples to ensure compliance with performance standards and regulations
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
Proven experience in research and development within the construction or materials industry
Strong understanding of concrete mix design, performance characteristics, and related testing methods
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
