Main Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain security measures to protect club facilities and assets.
Develop and execute security protocols and guidelines.
Monitor and assess potential risks, including unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and safety hazards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections.
Manage access control systems, including monitoring and controlling visitor access.
Respond to and address security incidents or breaches.
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services, if necessary.
Provide security training and awareness programs for staff members.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in security or risk management roles.
Strong knowledge of security principles, procedures, and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in using security systems and tools.
Relevant certifications in security or risk management would be an advantage.
