Position: Professional Hospitality Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of hospitality professionals in delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training to improve skills and knowledge.
Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of any operational issues.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating leadership and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
