We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at Pirkanmaan Verotoimisto, based in the beautiful region of Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships between our organization and the local community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our organization's initiatives and services
Coordinate and organize community outreach programs and events
Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and government agencies to enhance community involvement
Create and manage engaging content for our social media channels, website, and other communication platforms
Provide support and guidance to community members, addressing their concerns and inquiries

Requirements:

Previous experience in community engagement, public relations, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English
Passion for building inclusive communities and promoting positive change
