Job Opening: Customer Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our valued customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in maintaining our company's reputation for outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about our services, products, and billing inquiries.
Resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Fluency in English and Finnish.
