Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate cross-cultural understanding through organizing cultural exchange programs and events.
Collaborate with local and international organizations to develop partnerships and initiatives.
Coordinate and manage cultural exchange projects, including hosting international visitors and arranging outbound cultural missions.
Provide guidance and support to individuals participating in cultural exchange programs.
Design and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within our organization and the wider community.

Requirements:

Strong passion for cultural exchange and intercultural understanding.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse individuals and organizations.
Previous experience in organizing events or projects related to cultural exchange is preferred.
Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to foster cultural diversity.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
