Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:

Create exceptional customer experiences by delivering personalized assistance to travelers within our diverse range of retail and sales outlets.
Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide helpful recommendations and solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about current airport promotions and events.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking, merchandising, and organizing store displays.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the retail areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous retail sales or customer service experience desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
