We are hiring a Digital Engagement Specialist!

Your Role:

Create and implement engaging digital strategies to enhance customer experience and increase brand visibility
Develop innovative campaigns that captivate audiences and drive social media presence
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging social media technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across various online platforms
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize digital engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven track record in creating successful digital engagement strategies
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Experience with performance analytics tools
