Appenzell Mountain Rescue is seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team as an Outdoor Adventure Specialist. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, are innovative, and have a deep love for the great outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Design and lead exciting outdoor adventure experiences for groups and individuals
Create and implement customized fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals
Provide safety and emergency response training for outdoor activities
Manage equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance
Collaborate with the team to develop new and thrilling adventure programs
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and safety

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor sports and adventure
Extensive knowledge of various outdoor activities, including hiking, climbing, skiing, and mountain biking
Certification in Wilderness First Aid or First Responder
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative program ideas
Experience in coaching or guiding outdoor activities
Physical fitness and ability to handle demanding terrains and weather conditions
Fluency in English and German
Valid driver's license
