Role Description:

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to identify current trends, needs, and desires in the travel industry

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design, prototype, and develop interactive travel experiences

Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for travel applications

Implement and test software modules related to recommender systems, intelligent itineraries, and customization algorithms

Analyze and interpret data to improve user experiences and make data-driven decisions

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in tourism technology and propose innovative solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Proven experience in software design, user interface development, and user-centered design principles

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++

Understanding of UX/UI design principles and proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)

Knowledge of data analytics techniques and experience working with databases

Excellent problem-solving abilities, creativity, and innovation mindset

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
