Position: Legal Associate

We are currently seeking a Legal Associate to join our dedicated legal team. As a Legal Associate at Bushy Park Estates, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and facilitating the company's compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Researching and analyzing legal issues related to the company's operations
Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Assisting with negotiations and advising on legal matters
Maintaining updated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Providing support to cross-functional teams on legal matters

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
Admission to the local bar association or eligibility to practice law in Tasmania
Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
