Performance Production Specialist

As a Performance Production Specialist at Semperoper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our world-class productions. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our performances.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with artistic and technical teams to plan and execute production schedules
Coordinate and monitor all aspects of performance production, including stage setup, lighting, sound, and prop management
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Manage the procurement and maintenance of production equipment and materials
Schedule and supervise staff and contractors involved in production activities
Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high production standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in theatrical or event production
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant production software and equipment
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as required
