Position: Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be an integral part of our operations department, ensuring the efficient and effective manufacturing of our products. This role requires expert knowledge of the production process, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources
Develop and implement production plans and schedules
Monitor production progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines
Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards
Evaluate and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency
Mentor and train production staff
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all safety regulations

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field
Proven leadership experience, with excellent people management skills
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
