Gastro Experience Curator

This role will be instrumental in creating dynamic and immersive dining experiences, going beyond traditional boundaries.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify emerging culinary trends, both globally and locally
Collaborate with renowned chefs and mixologists to curate unique dining experiences
Design and execute innovative menus, incorporating local and sustainable ingredients
Create partnerships with local vendors and establishments to enhance guest experiences
Stay up-to-date with industry developments in food, beverages, and hospitality

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in the restaurant or hotel industry
Passionate about food, beverage, and creating memorable experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
