Position: Creative Style Expert

As a Creative Style Expert at FLIROD, you will play a vital role in translating the essence of our research into visually captivating designs. You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that effectively communicates our scientific findings, medical breakthroughs, and educational materials. We are seeking an individual with a unique combination of artistic talent, an understanding of scientific concepts, and a passion for making complex information visually appealing and accessible.

Your Responsibilities

Develop visually stunning designs, illustrations, and infographics that align with our research discoveries and objectives.
Collaborate closely with our team of researchers and scientists to understand complex scientific concepts and transform them into visually appealing materials.
Create and maintain a consistent style and brand identity across our various communication channels, including publications, presentations, and digital media.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our visual communication strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating visually appealing designs, graphics, and multimedia content.
A strong portfolio showcasing your artistic talents and ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
