Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their experience.
Manage and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of current promotions, amenities, and services offered.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Assist in guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
Create a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for guests.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to continuously improve our services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and co-workers.
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
