Position: Community Engagement Specialist
As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with local communities, inspiring them to support our causes and make a positive impact in Israel. You will help us create awareness, drive engagement, and raise funds for our exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing creative community engagement strategies
- Building and nurturing relationships with key community influencers and stakeholders
- Promoting and marketing our projects, events, and initiatives to increase participation
- Organizing and leading community outreach programs and events
- Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration with local businesses
- Providing excellent customer service and support to existing and potential donors
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in community engagement, sales, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Passion for our mission and a deep connection to Israel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
