Your Role

As a Legal Solutions Specialist, your main objective will be to provide expert guidance and support in matters related to law and legal compliance within our school. You will collaborate closely with our administration, teaching staff, and parents to ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations.

We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures within an educational context.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and review relevant policies and procedures
Provide legal advice and recommendations to the school administration
Develop and implement strategies to manage legal risks and compliance
Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary
Stay abreast of legislative changes related to education and recommend necessary adjustments
Organize and deliver training sessions on legal topics for staff members
Assist in contract negotiations and review

Requirements

A degree in Law or a related field
Proven experience in a legal role, preferably within an educational setting
An understanding of current education legislation and policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex legal issues
Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
