Position: Customer Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and order placement.
- Manage leads, generate sales, and achieve monthly targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a retail environment or similar field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in both German and English.
