Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Insights Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and provide valuable insights into market trends and customer behavior.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research to identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes through various data sources.
Collect and analyze customer data, conducting segmentation and profiling for effective targeting and positioning.
Develop and implement surveys and questionnaires to gather consumer feedback and preferences.
Analyze marketing campaign performance, evaluating key metrics and providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
Utilize statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to identify patterns and make informed business recommendations.
Prepare clear and concise reports, presenting findings and insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry developments, recommending new market research methodologies and tools for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in conducting market research or data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
