Join our Dynamic Team:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will ensure our operations align with the legal and regulatory frameworks in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on laws and regulations applicable to the hospitality industry
Review and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees
Monitor changes in laws and regulations, and update company policies accordingly
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards
Respond to legal inquiries and provide guidance to the management team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal or compliance roles
Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations, such as labor laws and health codes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulations and priorities
