Position: Nature Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Design and organize nature-based experiences and activities in line with our conservation goals
Collaborate with local stakeholders to develop sustainable tourism initiatives
Create and implement educational programs to raise awareness about marine conservation
Guide visitors and provide insights into the region's unique ecosystems
Monitor and report on the impact of tourist activities on local flora and fauna

Qualifications:

A background in ecology, environmental science, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in event planning and coordination
Knowledge of local flora, fauna, and cultural heritage
An understanding of sustainable tourism practices
Fluency in English and Norwegian
