Position: Experience Curator

About the Role:

We are seeking an Experience Curator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing unique and immersive travel experiences that showcase the beauty and charm of Tuscany. Your creativity and attention to detail will help us create unforgettable memories for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify hidden gems in Tuscany to curate exceptional itineraries.
Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses to enhance our offerings.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and adapt our services accordingly.
Create engaging content for promotional materials and digital platforms.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after their experiences.
Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless execution of experiences.

Qualifications:

Passionate about promoting tourism and showcasing the best of Tuscany.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of the local culture, history, and attractions of Tuscany.
Proficient in multiple languages (English, Italian, and others are a plus).
Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
