Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
Analyze clients' financial situations and provide comprehensive financial planning advice
Develop tailored solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to the Construction/Real Estate sector
Deliver personalized financial plans that align with clients' needs and risk tolerance
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate financial challenges and make informed decisions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Relevant experience in the Construction/Real Estate sector
Proven track record of delivering exceptional financial planning services
In-depth knowledge of investment products and strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are a plus
