Your Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and expanding our network of healthcare providers in the Central Region. You will play a vital role in building and fostering relationships with various stakeholders to enhance our franchise/chain operations without explicitly using these terms.

Responsibilities

Identify potential partners, assess their suitability, and negotiate partnership agreements
Develop and execute strategies to maximize growth opportunities
Conduct market analysis, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and identify new market segments
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and ensure consistent service delivery
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing franchisees/chains, providing recommendations for improvement
Develop and deliver impactful presentations to key stakeholders

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry or similar fields
Proven track record in successfully establishing and managing partnerships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
