Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sustainable Education Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable education programs that align with our commitment to social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze educational trends and best practices, applying market research methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop innovative programs to enhance sustainability education in schools and communities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community leaders to promote sustainable practices within the education sector.
  • Coordinate and deliver training workshops to educators on integrating sustainability concepts into their curriculum.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of sustainability education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in program development and coordination, preferably in an educational or non-profit environment.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in applying statistical analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas.
  • Passionate about sustainability education and a strong advocate for environmental stewardship.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
