As a Production Innovation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring quality in our manufacturing operations. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies and processes.

In this role, you will:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through innovative technological solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
Optimize equipment and production lines to maximize output and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train and mentor production teams on new technologies and processes.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in process optimization and manufacturing efficiency improvement.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
Experience with innovative manufacturing technologies such as automation, robotics, and AI.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
