As a Production Innovation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring quality in our manufacturing operations. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies and processes.
In this role, you will:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through innovative technological solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
- Optimize equipment and production lines to maximize output and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor production teams on new technologies and processes.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process optimization and manufacturing efficiency improvement.
