Position: Safety and Compliance Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Safety and Compliance Officer. This role holds vital importance in ensuring the security and well-being of our hospital and its patients while focusing on our environmental impact.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security protocols
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
Evaluate and improve emergency response procedures
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Collaborate with staff to promote a safe working environment
Oversee monitoring systems and security personnel
Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities
Assess effectiveness of existing safety measures
Introduce innovative solutions to enhance safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a related field (law enforcement, military, security)
Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated commitment to environmental sustainability
