Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
