Job Opening: Expedition Guide

We are currently looking for exceptional individuals to join our Adventure Team as Expedition Guides. As an Expedition Guide at KVH Industries, you will play a key role in shaping the future of travel and discovery for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading captivating and informative guided tours to explore various destinations across the globe.
Sharing your expertise and knowledge about local cultures, histories, and natural wonders.
Creating engaging narratives, stories, and presentations to provide our customers with memorable experiences.
Ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our customers throughout their journeys.
Collaborating with our technology team to incorporate innovative solutions for enhancing the travel experience.
Continuously expanding your own knowledge, skills, and awareness of emerging travel trends.

Requirements:

A passion for exploration, adventure, and cross-cultural experiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of global destinations, including iconic landmarks, hidden gems, and off-the-beaten-path locations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
Flexibility to travel extensively and adapt to changing itineraries.
Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in travel, tourism, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Anthropology, Geography, or a related discipline.
