Job Title: Wellness Coach
The Wellness Coach will play an essential role in promoting health and wellness among our staff and customers. As a Wellness Coach, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing wellness programs and initiatives.
- Conducting fitness assessments and creating personalized exercise plans.
- Providing nutritional guidance and advice.
- Leading group exercise classes and workshops.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of individuals and teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wellness Coach or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health and fitness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Familiarity with various exercise techniques and nutrition practices.
