Position: Exploration and Adventure Specialist

About the Role:

Plan and organize extraordinary experiences for our customers, enabling them to explore unique destinations around the globe.
Design tailor-made itineraries that provide delightful adventures, showcasing the best attractions and activities.
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, emerging destinations, and industry developments to offer innovative and attractive vacation packages.
Build and maintain a network of partnership and collaboration with hotels, airlines, local service providers, and tourism authorities.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process, from pre-booking to post-trip follow-up.

Qualifications:

Strong passion for adventure, discovery, and travel.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional languages advantageous.
Experience in itinerary planning and familiarity with tourism software tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and ability to handle stressful situations.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client preferences.
