Position: Community Impact Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Community Impact Manager to lead our efforts in fostering relationships with government agencies and nonprofit organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing partnerships to amplify our influence, promote environmental stewardship, and drive positive change in the outdoor industry.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies and nonprofit partners, to develop and implement community impact initiatives.
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships to advance our mission and expand our reach.
Lead the coordination of outreach programs, events, and campaigns focused on environmental conservation and outdoor education.
Manage projects related to sustainability, community engagement, and philanthropic efforts.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance public perception and brand reputation.
Track and analyze relevant data to measure the impact of our community initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Business Administration).
Proven experience in community outreach, partnership development, or nonprofit management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Passionate about the outdoors, sustainability, and making a positive impact on society.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and inspire others to take action.
Proficient in project management and data analysis.
