Position: Security and Defense Strategist

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive security and defense strategies aligned with the region's interests.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security policies and procedures.
Evaluate and enhance existing security protocols, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability to evolving challenges.
Monitor and assess emerging security technologies and trends, and recommend their integration where applicable.
Provide expert advice on security matters to senior leadership, ensuring effective decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Prior experience in security, defense, strategic planning, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential risks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Fluency in Catalan and Spanish; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
