At New York State Department of Labor, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the fulfillment operations of our logistics and supply chain department with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods
- Collaborate with various teams to manage inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to oversee the storage and distribution of goods
- Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics procedures and enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred
