Position: Wellness Program Coordinator
Job Description:
- Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive wellness program for our employees, aimed at promoting physical activity, health, and fitness.
- Create engaging fitness challenges, sports competitions, and group activities to foster team-building and a healthy lifestyle among employees.
- Develop and deliver health and fitness educational sessions, workshops, and seminars to impart knowledge on nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with external vendors, fitness instructors, and health professionals to organize wellness events, yoga classes, and physical training sessions.
- Manage fitness equipment, inventory, and procurement of supplies required for wellness initiatives.
- Monitor employee participation in wellness activities, track progress, and prepare reports on the program's effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating wellness programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of sports, fitness, and nutrition principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives and schedules.
