As a Sustainable Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our supply chain operations adhere to the highest standards of social responsibility and environmental stewardship. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sustainable sourcing strategies to minimize the environmental impact of our supply chain.
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on their commitment to sustainable practices and responsible sourcing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous progress.
- Engaging with external stakeholders to promote transparency and responsible sourcing within our industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain sustainability, responsible sourcing, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to implement sustainable sourcing initiatives.
