Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in St. Gallen. As a Senior Production Engineer at Landis+Gyr, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our manufacturing operations. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will help us maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of our energy management solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs
Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure seamless transfer of new products into production
Lead and mentor junior engineers to build a high-performance team

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
Proven expertise in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
